The Sinethemba Special Care Centre as part of the Fish Hoek – Kommetjie – Noordhoek Welfare Association is a non-profit and public benefit organization operating in the Simon’s town Magisterial District of the City of Cape Town.
It provides dat care for childrn with special needs, counseling, recreational activities, public education towards inclusion and many more efforts to support children in need.
